It can be disheartening, especially for beginners. There are dozens of words and phrases tossed around the running community that leave us completely confused sometimes. If you think a 5K means five miles and cadence means…well, what the heck does cadence actually mean?…you’re in good company. Add in tricky running vocabulary on top of that and how do you even begin?
